The hiring company/association will provide two (2) refundable airline tickets. Fuel reimbursement is only for local events.
Transportation to/from the airport and the event site should be reimbursed.

Hotel accommodations should be made at or near the event site for the evening before the event (2 nights if the meeting is late afternoon/evening or international). We would be happy to make arrangements, if needed.
Meal expenses during the visit (up to 3 meals per day). An itemized bill for any such expenses. Please reimburse them accordingly (and promptly!).
